To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
