Return Policy

We at FineUtensil want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@fineutensil.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@fineutensil.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
